November 5, 2021  By P&PC Staff

Kimberly-Clark was ranked as a top employer on the Forbes list of World’s Best Employers 2021. A total of 750 companies were selected from thousands of eligible companies for Forbes’ most prestigious international employer accolade.

Forbes selected companies on the basis of globally administered independent surveys covering a sample of around 150,000 employees from 58 countries. Employees were asked how likely they were to recommend their company to friends and family, and which organizations they would choose in addition to their own.

“We are honoured to be named as one of the world’s best employers by Forbes,” said Sandi Karrmann, senior vice-president and chief human resources officer at Kimberly-Clark. “Kimberly-Clark offers an inclusive and caring environment that enables talented people to grow and pursue rewarding careers, work with iconic brands, and positively impact the lives of consumers around the world. Being named to this list reflects the company’s commitment to creating a workplace where all employees have the opportunities and support they need to achieve success in their professional and personal lives.”
